NTTA eNewsletter FAIL

Call me a nerd, but I love reading updates on area construction. I also dig subscribing to the social media for the firms behind these highways, so I can keep in-the-know regarding their latest ventures.

I subscribe to the North Texas Tollway Authority’s (NTTA) eNewsletter, and they were bragging about being on Twitter and Facebook. While their post provided a direct link to their Facebook Page, they had a complicated set of instructions on how to find them on Twitter — load Twitter, search for name, follow prompts to add, etc.

Why not just give direct links like, oh, maybe the following?
